		<description>Starting the oats before the nuts is key. It took me a few batches of undertoasted nuts to learn that lesson.

By the way, if you store granola in the fridge, it seems to keep basically forever. I make one big batch a month and keep it refrigerated in quart containers. It always tastes fresh.</description>
